Customer Operations

  • Start in the heart of the business, dealing with our customers and understanding their journey as a Sky Betting & Gaming customer, where you will receive full training
  • 3 months in Contact Centre including mini rotations within Account Resolution, Priority, Proactive and Social Media
  • 3 months in Operational Excellence including mini rotations in Complaints, Quality, Resource Planning & MI

Risk

  • You will spend 3 months in our Fraud & Risk team
  • You will spend 3 months in our Customer Due Diligence & Responsible Gambling team

Trading (Football/Racing/Sports)

Your final rotation is 6 months long, and will see you working in our Trading team. You will work within either Football, Racing or Sports.
