Manager Fundamentals If you are joining us as a newly promoted people manager we will offer you a 5 week course with tailored
content depending on area of the business you are working. 
Institute of Leadership & Management Qualifications Our people managers can use their Ninja fund to undertake an ILM qualification to broaden their knowledge and skillset whilst gaining an official accreditation.
PROUD Bite Sized Sessions We will run various bite sized sessions from; in the moment workshops, Communities Of Practice and online content available 24/7 that seeks to drive performance, engagement and create high performance people managers, leaders and team.
