Your Talent Delivery Partner will take a good look at your application to make sure you and the role are a great match. They'll give you a call to chat more about the role and your skills and then your application will be passed to our hiring manager.

You will have an informal phone call with the Talent Delivery Partner who will share more information about the role and find out more about your background and experience. This is for you to decide if the opportunity is right for you!
ASSESSMENT
​​​​​​​CENTRE

You will have an introduction to Customer Experience at Sky Betting & Gaming and meet some of the team. There will be a group activity, an independent task based on the job responsibilities and an independent interview that will cover your experience and motivation to deliver a world class customer experience!
