Love change? Six months after I moved to Sky Betting & Gaming (SBG), I can certainly say that I do!
In Customer Experience, we have several new projects and initiatives underway and we need someone to help us co-ordinate and deliver them, but also to ensure that the changes we deliver are driving our customer experience in a positive way.
At the heart of our team is a desire to listen to our customers and make it easy for them to use our products and services. The Head of Change Delivery will be responsible for our Voice of the Customer programme along with Complaints Handling and Continuous Improvement.
In my experience, effectively delivering change is a huge part of ensuring new projects are launched with our customers and our people in mind. The teams you’ll work with are critical to ensuring that the whole business gets to hear what our customers love about us, but also where we can do better – and then implementing changes in response to this.
The Head of Change Delivery along with the Change Delivery Manager and Change Executive roles are all brand new roles. Since joining the business at the end of 2018 I’ve been focussed on defining a clear plan for the future and these new roles are key building blocks to help us achieve our goals.
In such a fast-paced and evolving business it’s essential that we have experienced and committed people focussed on delivery to ensure that we see the full benefit of our investment, and most importantly that our customers do, too.
