We draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, review marketing and promotional work and advise on gambling-related compliance to protect our employees and the business.
FINANCE
From producing monthly profit-and-loss reviews to monitoring future spend versus forecast, we constantly analyse the financial performance of every area of SBG.
SKILLS & DEVELOPMENT
We are responsible for managing three arms of personal growth at Sky Betting & Gaming; Tech Skills, Management and Leadership Skills and Apprenticeships.

SHORTLIST & SCREENING

Your Talent Delivery Partner will take a good look at your application to make sure you and the role are a great match. They'll give you a call to chat more about the role and your skills and then your application will be passed to our hiring manager.

PHONE

You will have an informal phone call with the hiring manager who will share more information about the role and find out more about your background and experience. This is for you to decide if the opportunity is right for you!
VIDEO
​​​​​​​INTERVIEW
This is a more structured interview where the hiring manager and sometimes another member of the team will ask you a number of technical, competency, behavioural and scenario type questions.

OFFER
Your Talent Delivery Partner will call you to offer you the role verbally, if you accept over the phone then we will send you a contract to sign over email and start the onboarding process.
