WORK FOR US &
WE'LL WORK FOR YOU

We know it can sometimes be tricky juggling home commitments with work. That’s why we’ve created a place where you can have the career you love without it impacting the life you lead. How does this work? Take a look:
Maternity Leave
From Day 1 you’ll get 26 weeks’ salary at basic weekly pay:

The first 6 weeks at 90% of average earnings, if this is greater than weekly pay

The next 13 weeks at the applicable rate of Statutory Maternity Pay

Any maternity leave after 39 weeks will be unpaid
Paternity Leave
From Day 1 you can take 2 weeks’ leave:

Either as two 1-week periods or one 2-week period

Start your leave any day of the week on or after your child is born, or placed for adoption

You’ll need to take your leave within 56 days of the birth or adoption date

Get 2 weeks’ pay passed on either 90% of your average weekly earnings, or 2 weeks’ basic pay, whichever is lower
Adoption Leave
From Day 1 you’ll get 26 weeks’ salary at basic weekly pay:

The first 6 weeks at 90% of average earnings, if this is greater than weekly pay

The next 13 weeks at the applicable rate of Statutory Maternity Pay

Any adoption leave after 39 weeks will be unpaid
Competing in major sporting events
If you’re competing for your country in a major sporting event, either nationally or internationally, you can apply for up to one week of extra paid holiday.
Marriage or Civil Partnership Ceremonies You can take one day's paid leave at the time around your wedding or ceremony
Time off for volunteering
You can take up to 16 hours of paid volunteering time each year — and this is over and above any team volunteering challenges that you take part in.
